Together with students from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, our Living Lab organised a visionary workshop on 15th November 2022. Members of the Hadeland CSA and representatives of the municipality joined us in exercises, which generated visions of the future food system. Among other things, we talk about increasing local food consumption in public catering and among the members of the local community.
