Bärbel Mahr

Bärbel Mahr is research assistant in the Department of Food Sociology at Giessen University and in the FOOdIVERSE project. She is by training a nutrition scientist and is interested in sustainable nutrition and food systems as well as the transformation of food systems. She also gained experience in research and project management in Clinical Trials.
