Ewa Kopczyńska

Ewa Kopczyńska is sociologist of food, working as Assistant Professor in Institute of Sociology, Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Her research interests focus on dynamics of food patterns, informal food networks, and Eastern European food culture. In FOOdIVERSE she is responsible for coordinating setting up living labs and for external project communication. She leads Polish FOOdIVERSE team.
