Konrad Stępnik is an assistant professor in the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University. His research interests include rural sociology, rural areas development and social farming. In FOOdIVERSE he is responsible for preparing Living Labs Methodology, conducting field research in Poland and communication.
