Hanne Torjusen is a researcher at Consumption Research Norway (SIFO) at Oslo Metropolitan University. She is by training a nutritional scientist, and her research fields include food – from the perspectives of nutrition and health as well as sustainability, culture and society, sustainable consumption and sustainable food systems. She has been part of several international research projects on these topics. Her role in the FOOdIVERSE project is particularly related to Work Package 2 (Food culture).
