Michela Giovannini is a post-doc research fellow at the University of Trento (IT) and is affiliated to the Centre for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra (PT). She holds a PhD in Local Development and Global Dynamics at the University of Trento. Her main studies focused on social and solidarity economy organizations in Latin America and Southern Europe, carried out also in the framework of a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship. Her main research interests focus on solidarity economy and community development.
