Rosa van Kesteren
Rosa van Kesteren is a postdoctoral researcher at CAWR. Rosa’s research explores ways that a practice-based approach to food provision, preparation and consumption can be used to shift eating habits towards more socially and environmentally just outcomes. Rosa has worked with academic institutions, charities, campaign groups and the public sector to find pragmatic ways to pursue the social changes needed to avert ecological collapse. She has a PhD in Practice Approaches to Inequalities in Healthy Eating, as well as masters degrees in Ecosystem Services and Critical Global Politics.
