Sabina Kuraj

Sabina Kuraj works as a research assistant at the Consumption Research Norway, SIFO – OsloMet University. She obtained her BA and MA in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Pisa, Italy and holds a Master’s of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Development, Environment and Cultural Change (DECC) from the Center for Development and the Environment (SUM) from the University of Oslo. In addition to Foodiverse, Kuraj collaborates on another research project carried out at SIFO entitled “SEGURA – Food for Security: Evidence from Cauca, Colombia”, the aim of which is to produce knowledge on the complexities of the food security-conflict nexus. Her areas of academic interest include food security and food safety, climate change and migration.
