Gunnar Vittersø is a Senior Researcher at Consumption Research Norway (SIFO) at Oslo Metropolitan University. His research fields include sustainable consumption, sustainable food systems, social innovation and rural development and he has been involved in several international projects concerning sustainable consumption and production.
